1Consent
With your permission we record the conversation. You can decline any question, ask us to move on, or stop at any time.
Recordings are transcribed and analysed with the support of AI tools, and a person reviews every transcript. Please see our AI disclosure.
2Before publication
Your feature and clips come straight from the transcript of our conversation, and usually go up the same day or the day after. Before that, just tell us if there is anything you would rather we leave out, and we will.
Because the feature follows the transcript, we do not rewrite it. Before it goes up, you can ask us to leave out any part of the conversation, including anything about your private life or about other people that you did not expect to be included. Afterwards, you can ask us to correct a mistake or take it down.
If something worries you later, tell us at any time and we will talk it through with you. You can always withdraw (see below).
3Withdrawal
The interviews are made to be published, and you have the right to withdraw at any time, before or after publication, without needing to give a reason. Write to us and we will take down your article, clips and posts from our media and remove your data. We cannot control copies made by others, such as search engines or web archives, but we will ask search engines to update their results where possible.
4Corrections
If we get something wrong, we correct it as soon as we know. Corrections are marked at the foot of the feature with the date and a description of the change. To report an error, write to adela@zeliewomen.com.
5Independence
ZÉLIE is an independent, self-funded editorial project. We do not charge to be featured and we do not pay for features. We have no sponsors, advertisers or investors, and nobody outside ZÉLIE sees a feature before you do or influences what is said. If this ever changes, we will say so on this page and mark any sponsored content clearly.
6Your information
We collect only what we need to reply to you and to produce your feature. We do not sell or share it.
